This site will document the start to finish construction process of a Passive House.
A Passive House [passivhaus] is a standard of building which focuses on the construction of the home and its associated environmental impact, or what could be called its life carbon footprint. The most stringent criteria include a maximum annual heat load, minimum air tightness level, and maximum annual source energy load.
