February 24, 2012Moving in now.... wish us luck. So- I built a themally perfect house. Now we need to make it habitable. This is not due to the thermally perfect aspect.. or that it is a 'passive house... This is because a mechanical engineering nerd built it...

January 16, 2012i made it... little did i know that the pressurized test would be better than the depressurized.... I'm at 0.52 ACH50 according to the HERS rater... Ron Young of Positive Energy Solutions. I've uploaded the whole report....
